Brushfire
I watch you burn with deceit behind your tongue
And collapse under the weight of what you’ve done
Everything drifts away, you hear me now,
I sink but will not drown
Find a peace to reach beyond the rusted song
Darkness fill my lungs
“Destroy Everything”
Give me anything
Melt away my fears
Set my world in stone
All that we hold dear
Everything dies alone
Oh, I am your burden
The grief from which you run
Guest of gloom sleep in your tomb
Some wars cannot be won
Lie within lies
Unstitch both my eyes
Reach up towards the wall
Climbing just to fall
Wretch. I can’t save you
Drown in the flames
I am your burden
The grief from which you run
I hide in wreckage
from wars which can’t be won

Dance on Your Grave
Your word is law but i'm not good at listening
By the time you hear yourself we’ve all gone deaf
To what you say Your religion disgusts me
your tongue is of false truths
I live like an animal in a cage to survive
Everyday is amazement that i made it
We've all gone deaf to that you say
Your religion disgusts me
Frustration day to day
Struggle to get by
Never had a better dance than on my own grave
You can step in line to be the next to die

Black Tusk Savannah, Georgia
Black Tusk was born from sweat. There was blood, and maybe a few tears, too, but more than anything, it was sweat that
marked the earliest years of Savannah, Georgia’s Black Tusk. Formed in 2005 by three lifelong friends—bassist Jonathan Athon, guitarist Andrew Fidler, and drummer James May—the band welded together what they called “swamp metal.”
